Fill in our booking form on the BOOK menu tab (preferred) this includes all the information we need to secure your booking or email info@quay-studio.co.uk with your preferred date and time slot.

Once your shoot date is chosen we will email you an invoice which is to be received in full to secure your booking.

Photography is not included within hire bookings please advise if you would like photography included. We can also recommend a full creative team including styling and H&MU

Booking includes full use of the studio equipment on the list. For the full list please visit the EQUIPMENT menu tab

Directly opposite the studio all the way along to the river is free parking! Directly outside the building parking is 50p per hour. Let us know when you arrive if you need a hand bringing anything up!

You are able to cancel up to 5 days prior to your booking with a full refund given. If cancelled after that the booking is none refundable but you can move your shoot date to a suitable day

The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages or damages caused to the studio or equipment by them or any other shoot visitor. The client will pay any costs if this occurs. By booking the studio the client is agreeing to the above terms.

If you are planning to record sound, please let us know in advance. Where possible, we’ll notify the other tenants in the building to help keep the environment quiet for recording. However, please note that we cannot always guarantee complete silence in the studio.

Your booking grants access to Quay Studios only. This does not include permission to shoot content in any other areas of the Harbour House building.
